Crafting Dreams with
Precision and Passion

From Custom Interiors to Personalized Décor – One Roof, Endless Possibilities

Nice to Meet You

Welcome to Intravect, where we harness cutting-edge equipment. This business blends Stitchwurx's award‑winning interior design expertise with Craftwurx's home décor and signage artistry. The experience and history from these service focuses, are what brought us to where we are at now. At Intravect, we harness cutting‑edge equipment—industrial CO₂ lasers, 3‑axis CNC routers, FDM 3‑D printers, 3‑D scanners, and CAD/CAM software—to transform ideas into tangible pieces. By combining these capabilities under one roof, we provide a breadth of custom services seldom found in a single shop.

Why Choose Intravect

Thumbs-up icon surrounded by stars.

Decades of experience and recognition. Stitchwurx brings more than 30 years of experience in auto‑upholstery and fabrication. Their meticulous craftsmanship earned the 2019 “NC Auto Interior of the Year” at the SEMA Show, where judges praised the beautifully designed and precisely stitched interior of a 1935 Chevy coupe. This commitment to excellence carries through every Intravect project.

Passion for creative expression.
Craftwurx founder Monette began experimenting with a large industrial CO₂ laser initially purchased for Stitchwurx. Her background in graphic design and love for fine art inspired a new venture that turns everyday materials into eye‑catching signs and décor. She describes the process—conceptualizing in software, refining a design, and watching the laser beam bring it to life—as “nothing short of magical”. That same passion now fuels Intravect’s creative culture.

Advanced machinery for limitless potential. Industrial CO₂ laser cutters, CNC routers, and 3‑D printers allow us to cut, engrave, and shape wood, acrylic, metals, and composites with microscopic precision. 3‑D scanning and CAD/CAM software translate physical objects and digital models into machine‑ready files, ensuring accuracy whether we’re patterning a custom seat insert or creating a multi‑layer acrylic sign.

One‑on‑one collaboration.
We value personal care. Each project begins with listening—whether you’re envisioning a show‑stopping vehicle interior or a bespoke wall sign for your business. Our craftsmen and designers work closely with you, iterate designs digitally and only start machining once every detail reflects your vision.

Personalized Home and Office Décor

From farmhouse‑style cedar signs to acrylic business logos, we design and laser‑engrave signs that fit your aesthetic. Craftwurx’s gallery includes large outdoor signs, intricate door hangers, etched glassware and family plaques, illustrating the variety of materials and finishes available.

Gifts & Keepsakes

Celebrate milestones with personalized ornaments, photo‑engraved plaques, layered acrylic art and custom keychains. 3‑D printing lets us produce miniature replicas or tactile models, while laser engraving adds names, dates and heartfelt messages.

Prototyping & Small‑Batch Manufacturing

Need a prototype for a new product or a short run of precision parts? Our 3‑axis CNC router and FDM printers produce functional components from wood, plastic or composite materials. Paired with 3‑D scanning, we can reverse‑engineer existing parts or adapt designs quickly.

The Intravect Process

Consult & Conceptualize

1

We begin by understanding your vision. For automotive projects, this includes vehicle make, design themes and functional needs. For décor and prototyping, we discuss style, size and materials.

Digitize & Design

2

Using 3‑D scanning and CAD/CAM software, we develop detailed models and toolpaths. You’ll have opportunities to review digital renderings and suggest adjustments.

Fabricate with Precision

3

Once approved, we program the CNC machines and lasers. Industrial CO₂ lasers deliver crisp engravings and intricate cuts on wood, acrylic, and other substrates. The 3‑axis router shapes panels, trims foam, and mills complex patterns. FDM 3‑D printers produce durable parts.

Finish & Install

4

Projects receive finishing touches—hand stitching, painting, staining or upholstery—before final assembly. For vehicle interiors, our team ensures every component fits seamlessly and functions flawlessly. Décor items are packaged or installed according to your needs.
